Second Rise Strategy Session & The Sharon Bremner Second Rise™ Mentorship
These Terms and Conditions apply to coaching, mentoring and strategy services provided by Achieving Success and Sharon Bremner.
By booking a Strategy Session, enrolling in The Sharon Bremner Second Rise™ 12-Week Mentorship, making a payment, or continuing to use these services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About the Services
Achieving Success provides private mentoring, coaching and strategy services designed to support women with confidence, business direction, sustainable growth and their next chapter.
Services may include:
The Second Rise Strategy Session
The Sharon Bremner Second Rise™ 12-Week Mentorship
Private mentoring sessions
Business strategy, confidence and leadership support
Resources, worksheets or planning tools where applicable
These services are professional mentoring and coaching services.
They are not therapy, counselling, financial advice, legal advice, accounting advice, medical advice, mental-health treatment or crisis support.
You remain responsible for your own personal, financial, legal, health and business decisions.
2. Second Rise Strategy Session
The Second Rise Strategy Session is a private 90-minute coaching and strategy session.
The session may be held online or in person, as agreed at the time of booking.
The investment for the Strategy Session is:
$495 AUD
Payment is required at the time of booking unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
The Strategy Session is designed to help you pause, look at the whole picture and gain clarity around your confidence, current season, business direction and practical next steps.
Achieving Success does not guarantee a particular income level, business outcome, personal outcome or financial result.
3. Strategy Session Credit Toward Mentorship
Where you have completed and paid for a Second Rise Strategy Session, your $495 AUD Strategy Session fee may be credited toward The Sharon Bremner Second Rise™ 12-Week Mentorship.
The credit is available only where you enrol in the Mentorship within 30 calendar days of your Strategy Session.
After 30 calendar days, the Strategy Session remains a standalone professional service and the Strategy Session fee is no longer available as a credit toward the Mentorship.
The Strategy Session credit:
is not transferable
is not redeemable for cash
cannot be combined with another discount unless agreed in writing
applies only to The Sharon Bremner Second Rise™ 12-Week Mentorship
4. Rescheduling Strategy Sessions
If you need to reschedule your Strategy Session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Where at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, Achieving Success will make reasonable efforts to offer another available session time.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the session may be treated as used unless there is illness, emergency or exceptional circumstances.
If Sharon Bremner needs to reschedule your session, an alternative appointment time will be offered.
5. The Sharon Bremner Second Rise™ 12-Week Mentorship
The Sharon Bremner Second Rise™ is a private 12-week mentoring program for experienced women who are ready to strengthen their confidence, direction, leadership and sustainable business growth.
The Mentorship includes:
Eight private mentoring sessions
Four weekly sessions followed by four fortnightly sessions
Guidance around confidence, business direction, offers, pricing, positioning, boundaries, workload and sustainable growth
Practical planning for your next stage of business and life
Support and resources as agreed during the program
Unless agreed in writing, the Mentorship does not include additional private sessions beyond the eight sessions listed above.
The program start date, session schedule and payment option will be confirmed with you before the Mentorship begins.
6. Mentorship Investment and Payment Options
The total investment for The Sharon Bremner Second Rise™ 12-Week Mentorship is:
$4,200 AUD including GST
Available payment options are:
Payment in Full
One payment of $4,200 AUD before the program commencement date.
Three-Payment Plan
Three payments of $1,500 AUD.
The first payment is due before the program commencement date. Remaining payment dates will be confirmed in writing.
Deposit Payment Plan
A $1,000 AUD deposit before the program commencement date, followed by three payments of $1,150 AUD on agreed dates.
You are responsible for ensuring that your nominated payment method has sufficient funds available on payment dates.
Any payment-provider or bank fees associated with declined payments are your responsibility.
7. Missed or Overdue Payments
If you anticipate difficulty making a scheduled payment, please contact Achieving Success in writing as soon as possible and, where possible, at least 48 hours before the due date.
Achieving Success may agree to a reasonable change to a payment date. Any agreement must be confirmed in writing.
Changing a payment date does not reduce the total amount payable.
If a payment is overdue or declined, Achieving Success will contact you to discuss the next steps.
Where payment remains overdue and no alternative arrangement has been agreed, mentoring sessions may be paused until your account is brought up to date.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Rescheduling Mentorship Sessions
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a Mentorship session.
Where sufficient notice is given, Achieving Success will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative appointment within the 12-week program period.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be treated as used unless there is illness, emergency or exceptional circumstances.
If Sharon Bremner needs to reschedule a session, an alternative appointment time will be offered.
9. Client Participation and Responsibility
To get the best from the Strategy Session or Mentorship, you agree to:
attend sessions on time
participate honestly and respectfully
communicate openly about challenges, priorities and support needed
provide accurate information relevant to your coaching or mentoring
complete agreed actions where practical
advise Achieving Success as soon as possible if there is an issue affecting your sessions or payments
Your results will depend on many factors outside Achieving Success’s control, including your decisions, actions, implementation, business circumstances, health, personal circumstances and market conditions.
10. Cancellation and Withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw from a Strategy Session or Mentorship, please notify Achieving Success in writing as soon as possible.
For Strategy Sessions, rescheduling is available in accordance with the notice requirements outlined above.
For the 12-Week Mentorship, Achieving Success understands that circumstances can change. Any request for cancellation, refund, credit or payment arrangement will be considered fairly and reasonably, taking into account:
services already delivered
sessions already completed or reserved
preparation, planning and support already provided
the remaining part of the program
obligations under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Confidentiality
Both you and Sharon Bremner agree to treat personal, business and sensitive information shared during a Strategy Session or Mentorship as confidential.
Information may only be disclosed where:
you have given permission
disclosure is required by law
there is a genuine concern about serious risk to someone’s safety
professional advice is reasonably required for the proper operation of Achieving Success, with confidentiality respected where possible
You agree not to share, reproduce, sell, publish or distribute private mentoring materials, resources, documents, methods or recordings without written permission.
12. Intellectual Property
All resources, worksheets, templates, written materials, frameworks, concepts and tools provided by Achieving Success remain the intellectual property of Sharon Bremner and Achieving Success unless otherwise stated.
You may use these materials for your own personal and business development.
You may not copy, teach, sell, reproduce, distribute, publish or share these materials with another person without written permission.
13. Privacy and Marketing
Achieving Success collects and uses your personal information to provide services, manage bookings, process payments, communicate about your program and meet legal obligations.
Your information will be handled with reasonable care and security.
You may receive essential emails or messages relating to your booking, payments or program.
Marketing emails, newsletters and promotional communications will only be sent where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Achieving Success will not use your private messages, emails, feedback, story or image as a testimonial or marketing material without your separate written permission.
14. Respectful Conduct
You agree to communicate respectfully with Sharon Bremner and any representative of Achieving Success.
Bullying, harassment, threatening behaviour, repeated abusive communication or unreasonable conduct may result in services being paused or ended after reasonable notice.
Where practical, Achieving Success will attempt to address concerns with you before ending services.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Achieving Success is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the services or decisions made by you.
You acknowledge that mentoring and coaching outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
16. Changes to These Terms
Achieving Success may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The version published on this website applies to new bookings made after the update date.
For current Mentorship clients, material changes affecting payment arrangements, inclusions or program structure will be discussed and agreed in writing where required.
17. Online Courses and Digital Products — REBOOK Forever™
1. About the products
REBOOK Forever™ online courses, masterclasses, recordings, worksheets and downloadable resources are educational products created and delivered by Achieving Success. They provide general business education for wellness practitioners, coaches and service-based business owners.
2. Payment and access
The price for The REBOOK Forever™ Method Masterclass is $97 AUD, including GST where applicable. Full payment is required at checkout. After successful payment, the purchaser will receive access using the email address supplied during checkout.
Access is intended to be ongoing unless otherwise stated on the offer page. Access may be temporarily interrupted for reasonable maintenance, technical updates or circumstances outside our control.
3. Personal use only
Purchase provides one individual with a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials. Login details, recordings, worksheets, downloads and other materials must not be shared, copied, resold, reproduced, distributed or used to provide training to others without written permission from Achieving Success.
All course content and materials remain the intellectual property of Sharon Bremner and Achieving Success.
4. Educational information
The course provides general educational information and practical business guidance. It does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, medical or other individually tailored professional advice.
Individual results vary and depend on factors including the purchaser’s circumstances, decisions, effort and implementation. No particular business, income or client-retention result is guaranteed.
5. Refunds and consumer rights
Because access to the digital course and materials is provided after purchase, refunds are not ordinarily offered for change of mind.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product or service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the purchaser may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.
If a purchaser experiences a technical problem or believes the product has not been supplied as described, they should contact Achieving Success so the matter can be reviewed and addressed.
6. Technology requirements
Purchasers are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and software capable of accessing the online course and downloadable materials. Achieving Success is not responsible for difficulties caused by the purchaser’s equipment, internet connection or third-party software.
