For more than 35 years, I’ve built businesses, worked one-to-one with people and supported women through change in business, health and life.
I know what it’s like to reach a point where life has shifted and ask, “What do I want now?” I’ve rebuilt, changed direction and started new chapters myself — and those experiences have shaped the way I mentor women today.
Alongside my real-world business experience, I bring a background as an Enrolled Nurse, Remedial Massage Therapist, Certified Hypnotherapist and Certified Master NLP & Time Line Therapy® practitioner.
My approach is warm, practical and straightforward. I help women recognise what they already bring, reconnect with what matters now, and create a practical way forward — in life, work or business.
