For more than 35 years, I’ve built businesses, worked one-to-one with people and supported women through change in business, health and life.
I know what it is like to carry responsibility, rebuild after life has shifted and work out what comes next. My own journey through business, family, personal change and starting again has shaped the way I mentor women today.
Alongside my real-world business experience, I bring a background as an Enrolled Nurse, Remedial Massage Therapist, Certified Hypnotherapist and Certified Master NLP & Time Line Therapy® practitioner.
My approach is warm, practical and straightforward. I help women see clearly, trust their experience and take the next steps that will strengthen both their business and their next chapter.
