Achieving Success is operated by Sharon Bremner as trustee for the Sharon Bremner Family Trust (“Achieving Success”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information when you interact with Achieving Success, including through our website, programs, assessments, coaching and mentoring services, digital products, communities, email communications and related services.
Our services include programs and resources offered under brands including REBOOK Forever™ and The Second Rise™.
We are committed to treating personal information with care, respect and confidentiality and to managing personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) where they apply to us.

This may occur when you visit our website, complete an assessment or form, join our email list, purchase a product or program, book an appointment or call, create an account, join a community, participate in coaching or mentoring, attend an online session, contact us by email or otherwise communicate with us.
We may also receive information through a referral, business partner or third-party service where you have consented to that information being provided to us or where it would reasonably be expected.
Some technical information is collected automatically when you use our website or online services.
Where practical and lawful, you may interact with us without identifying yourself or by using a pseudonym. However, we may require accurate identifying information where it is necessary to provide a service, process a payment, manage an account or meet legal obligations.

Participation in coaching, mentoring or REBOOK Forever™ programs does not require you to disclose information that you are uncomfortable sharing unless that information is genuinely necessary for the service being provided.

If you subscribe to our email list, request information, purchase from us or otherwise consent to receive communications, we may send you educational material, business updates, invitations, offers or information about Achieving Success services.
We aim to make our communications useful and relevant rather than excessive.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in the email or by contacting us.
We will honour unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable Australian law.
We may still send essential administrative or transactional communications relating to a purchase, membership, appointment, account or service you are currently using.

We use third-party payment processors to process payments for our products and services, including Stripe and PayPal where available.
Payment card information is provided directly to the payment processor.
Achieving Success does not normally receive or store your complete credit or debit card details.
Payment processors manage your payment information in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.

Some Achieving Success website, funnel, email automation, client portal and community functions are provided through SoulSoftware and its supporting technology infrastructure.

Some of the technology and service providers we use operate internationally or store and process information outside Australia.
