At Achieving Success, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, mentoring, and strategic support. Please read the following refund policy carefully before purchasing any services.
Strategy Sessions (Second Rise Strategy Session)
Due to the preparation and time reserved for each client, all strategy session purchases are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice using the rescheduling link provided in your booking confirmation.
Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Coaching Programs (Second Rise 12-Week Mentorship)
Because coaching programs involve immediate access to Sharon’s expertise, strategy frameworks, and business guidance, all program payments are non-refundable once the program has commenced.
If you are on a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of participation level.
In exceptional circumstances, a client may request to pause their program for a limited period, at Sharon’s discretion.
Deposits
Deposits used to secure a place in a coaching program are non-refundable, as they reserve a limited coaching position.
Digital Resources
Any digital resources, worksheets, recordings, or materials provided as part of a session or program are non-refundable due to their immediate access and downloadable nature.
